Employment Litigation

Experienced, practical advice and representation of management

With the addition of Terry Bridges to the firm, we are pleased to reaffirm our longstanding history of providing prompt, practical, creative and cost conscious advice to management in the field of employment litigation.

Mr. Bridges has been heavily involved in the field for over a quarter of a century.  During that time, he has appeared in courts throughout Southern California in the course of litigating and trying employment related cases.  Mr. Bridges has successfully tried cases on behalf of local, regional, state and national companies involving wrongful termination, sexual harrassment, alleged discrimination, public accommodation, etc.  He has also provided advice and consultation to management in a manner designed to minimize litigation risks in the employment area.

Mr. Bridges will be primarily assisted in the continuation of this aspect of his practice by senior attorney David T. Bristow and, where deemed appropriate, associate attorneys and paralegal staff.
